Crazy Shoppers

Sunday was just fine, woke up at 2 in the afternoon, had lunch. We played cricket with small kids as our opponents in a ground near our place which we call home. We won, yeah, by just one run and saved by a whisker. Then me and my friend decided to go to Brigade Road to buy some books. I wanted my ration of my kinda drug ( Stephen King books ). So we went there when it was just starting to get dark. What did we do there? Well, we bought some books. Then we were just window shopping trying to while away the time , thanking God for his wonderful creative abilities, which he had shown on some beautiful angels looking lost and so on. Then we just HAPPENED to get in to a shop, bought some clothes on the spur of the moment.

In a sense that's fine. You need to buy clothes once in a while. At that moment we realized that this was a repeat performance of last week and the week before the last and so on. It was not always clothes, but shopping without consciously shopping was what was happening. Hmmm... so what is the moral of the story?

1) Don't go to Brigade Road.
2) Don't go to Brigade road on Sunday.
3) Don't take your credit card while going out.

I vote for option 3. Lets see.

Insanity is not a sickness, it is a great gift straight from the Devil.
