Once upon a time, a very long time ago, there were very little sin in this world. So the devils had a very tough time indeed to tempt people. Most of the people in this world were good at heart and in deeds. One of the devils whose name was wormwood was a very young apprentice at this kind of work and he was not good at tempting people to do bad things. One fine day got a memo from his supervisor saying he will be sent to heaven as a punishment if he cannot condemn one little soul. He was terrified of being put in heaven as he was told that the angels were too sweet and GOD was the most kindest of them all. He was terrified of being treated with kindness and that he will die. One another devil friend saw his plight and took pity in him. So he loaned a soul to wormwood. Wormwood deposited the poor soul with the supervisor and was not condemned to heaven. And he lived damned for ever.
Ok, what is the moral for this story?
Hint: something to do with another name for devil.
